Real Estate - documents such as deeds and other documents affecting real property that will be publicly filed with a county recorder, in accordance to TCPRC 121.005(a) and 121.006(b)
Proofs - certification that the signature of a person who does not appear before the Notary (principal signer) is genuine based on the sworn testimony of another person (subscribing_signing witness) who does appear.
*$6 for the first signature, $1 for each additional signature*
Certified - certify that a copy of a document is a complete and true reproduction of the document that was copied; limited to documents which are not public records or recordable in the public record, according to TGC 406.016(a){5}.
Notarial - notary certified photo-copies of entries in the Notary's official journal or any notarial record contained in their record books, according to TGC 406.014(b) and (c).

Deposition - signed transcript of the signer's oral statements taken down for use in a judicial proceeding.
Affidavit - signed statement made under oath or affirmation by an Affiant.
Jurat - compel truthfulness by appealing to the signer's conscience and fear of criminal penalties for perjury.
Oath - solemn, spoken pledge to a Supreme Being. A promise or pledge of truthfulness or fidelity.
Protests - written statement by a Notary or other authorized officer verifying that payment was not received on an instrument such as a bank draft or a bill.
Safe Deposit Box - witnessing the opening of a safety deposit box and documenting inventory.
*$4 to protest, $1 to serve notice of the protest , $6 to witness safe deposit box opening*
In addition to the posted fee schedules, additional fees are applied for travel in excess of 5 miles.
